Create an elegant, modern wedding website for Liza & Vicky with smart automation, including:

WhatsApp confirmation + reminders
Guest tagging (VIP, Sangeet, Wedding-only, VVIP)
Tidio chatbot
Hidden pages + password-protected Sangeet page
Personalised links for VVIP guests

The final system should feel premium, high-tech, and effortless for guests.

5. RSVP System Setup (Google Forms + Google Sheets)

Forms:
1. Wedding-only RSVP
2. Sangeet + Wedding RSVP

Form responses go into Google Sheets
Developer adds columns for:
Guest name
Phone
Email
Event type
VIP / Sangeet / Wedding-only
VVIP token
Confirmation sent
30-day reminder sent
7-day reminder sent
1-day reminder sent
Note: The sheet must be clean, structured, and ready for automation.

6. Tagging Rules (Very Important)
Set automation on the below lines:
Auto-tagging based on RSVP
If attending Sangeet → Tag = Sangeet + Wedding
If attending only Wedding → Tag = Wedding-only
If guest is on VVIP list → Tag = VVIP
If you manually mark VIP → system must not overwrite it
Manual override must be allowed
IMPORTANT: The system should not overwrite manual changes.

7. WhatsApp Automation (WATI + Zapier)

Please ensure the below is built correctly:
WhatsApp messages needed:
1. Instant confirmation
2. 30-day reminder
3. 7-day reminder
4. 1-day reminder
Rules:
Wedding-only guests → Wedding reminders only
Sangeet+Wedding guests → Both event reminders
VIP guests → Warmer tone
VVIP guests → Personalised with concierge number

8. Tidio Chatbot Setup
Developer must:
Embed Tidio on the website
Add FAQ answers (timings, dress code, venue)
Add WhatsApp handover button
Test on desktop & mobile

9. Hidden / Private Page Logic

Please ensure:

Sangeet page is password protected
VIP page is hidden & unlisted
VVIP page works with personalised link:

10. Deadline
Everything must be fully completed and tested latest by 18 December 2025 (Very important)
