Fix Website Video Autoplay WIX

I have an MP4 hero video sitting just below the header of my Wix site. It loads, loops, and controls work once someone clicks the play icon, but I cannot persuade it to start automatically. The problem shows up in every browser I’ve tested—Chrome, Firefox, and Safari—so it isn’t a single-browser quirk.

What I need is a clean solution that makes the video autoplay (ideally muted at first load to satisfy modern browser rules), keeps the current loop behaviour, and does not break any existing layout or mobile responsiveness on Wix. If a small code snippet, attribute tweak, or Wix-specific setting is required, please implement it for me and let me know exactly what you changed so I can maintain it going forward.
