Email Marketing Funnel Setup (Wix or ConvertKit) – Lead Nurture + Booking System

I’m looking for an email marketing specialist to help me set up a simple but effective email system for my business.

I already have contacts collected through POPL and need help organizing, nurturing, and converting them into booked calls.

Scope of Work

1. Platform Setup

Recommend and/or set up:

Wix Email Marketing OR ConvertKit

Import and organize contacts from POPL

Segment audience if needed

2. Funnel Setup

Create a simple email sequence (5–7 emails max)

Connect to a booking link (Calendly)

Set up basic automation:

New contact → email sequence

Link clicks → trigger follow-up (if possible)

3. Newsletter System

Set up a clean, repeatable newsletter template

Make it easy for me to send weekly emails

4. Deliverability Basics

Domain authentication (SPF, DKIM if needed)

Make sure emails don’t go to spam

Goal

Turn contacts into:
