Create wix website for AI based startups ( Low cost and high quality )

I wanted to create Wix website which demonstrate me as a AI/Data Science service provider.

On home page it should display scrollable 4 sections. The home screen will have a good image/video with a tagline. The remaining section will have a 1-2 liner description with an appropriate image.
The course section will have a menu with different course items. I will include the content, but I require a structure where I can include code, results, GitHub links, assignments and quiz
I don't want to include too much text and information but it should look decent.
