We are looking for a skilled web developer to build a Job Board website. This website is meant to cater to the Skilled Trades workers in Alberta Canada. Users of this website must reside in Alberta and be able to provide proof of a trade from a Canadian Institution. The attached files are meant to act as a rough draft of the intended website. Further front end and back-end work is needed. This will be posted on Wix.
Specific requirements for the project include:
- Building a user-friendly and responsive website that allows users to search and apply for job listings.
- Integrating a payment gateway for employers to post job listings.
- Creating a secure user registration and login system.
- Implementing a search and filter functionality for job seekers to find relevant job listings.
- Designing the website based on the client's ready design.
- Assisting with the creation of content for the website, as some content is already available but additional help is needed.
Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Wix is essential.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and payment gateway integration.
- Strong design skills and the ability to implement a pre-existing design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with the client to meet their specific requirements.
