Automate PDF Email from Wix Forms

I need a system that emails me PDF documents directly from the submissions folder after a customer completes a form on my Wix site. Additionally, the email should include the form submission date and time.

Requirements:
- PDF attachment of the complete form submission
- Form submission date and time
