Add Wix Vault Marketplace
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I already run a fully-designed Wix e-commerce site that sells trading cards. What’s missing is a dedicated “Vault Marketplace” section where outside sellers can create listings that sit apart from my own inventory. I need you to build that single page (and any connected backend elements) inside the existing Wix project—not a site overhaul.
Here’s what should happen: a visitor applies to become a seller, their application lands in my admin dashboard, and I decide manually whether to approve or reject them. Once approved, the seller gets access to list cards, upload images, set prices, manage stock, and view their own sales analytics. Shoppers can filter Vault listings separately, add items to the same cart as my store if possible, then check out through the standard Wix Stores flow.
The idea is similar to eBay, but built within my own Wix website. My main site will still sell my own inventory, but the Vault Marketplace page will be a separate area where approved seller members can list and manage their own sports cards and TCG cards.
Key elements I expect from you:
• Page and database setup using Wix Velo/Wix Data so seller items stay isolated from my core catalog.
• A clean seller-application form feeding an approvals table that only I see.
• Role-based permissions: unapproved users can’t list, approved sellers can edit only their own items.
• Front-end display components (grid, filters, product pages) that match my current styling.
• Any automations or webhook logic needed to update inventory counts and trigger confirmation emails.
•Set up approved seller access/membership
•Sellers should be able to manage their own listings, inventory, pricing, and orders
•Sellers will pay us a monthly subscription fee to sell on the marketplace
•Connect or configure a Wix multi-vendor app if needed
•Show all seller cards together on one marketplace page
•Show the seller/vendor name under each card
•Add filters for seller, sport/TCG, graded/raw, condition, price, player, team, and year
•Make the new marketplace page match my current website design
I will supply the visual guidelines and manually review the first test seller you create so we’re sure the workflow feels right. My acceptance criteria are straightforward: the page must render seamlessly on desktop and mobile, the seller approval toggle must work without errors, and a customer must be able to complete a purchase containing at least one Vault item end-to-end.
If you’re comfortable with Wix Velo, custom collections, and membership logic, let’s talk timeline and milestones so we can launch this new revenue stream quickly.
