UHF RFID IoT Device Design

I'm seeking expertise to design an IoT device incorporating UHF RFID technology. The device will be fundamental in inventory management and asset tracking within a confined space.

Looking to create a IoT Device that we can install in a location, have multiple antena's, and is small and easy to power. Location of installation will be in cabinets and fridge/freezers, that is my multiple antena's will be required. Device should have a wireless module to connect to network, small onscreen display, and easy way to configure the wireless.
