Troubleshoot Outdoor Wireless Camera Connection

I'm experiencing connectivity issues with one of my outdoor wireless cameras. It's either not giving any signal or the signal is intermittent. This prevents me from being able to check the live footage when I want to. I need someone who can diagnose and resolve this issue, ideally with experience in dealing with similar communication problems.
