Raspberry pi 4 devloper for web app and controlls

I am looking for a skilled developer familiar with working with the Raspberry Pi 4 to help me with my project. The Raspberry Pi 4 needs to be able to interface with other Raspberry Pis, specifically to provide GPIO control to execute tasks related to robotics. This interface should provide connectivity between multiple Raspberry Pis and enable the use of cameras for monitoring that is necessary for the completion of robotic tasks. Reliable network connectivity must be established to perform these operations. The Raspberry Pi 4 must also provide reliable data collection and analysis for the project. The developer should be an experienced freelancer and will receive all necessary information as well as a payment plan upon the start of the project.
