Network simulation 3 (NS3)

I am looking for someone experienced with networking and simulation to develop a Network Simulation 3 (NS3) project. The purpose of the simulation is to support educational research, specifically focused on wireless networks. My goal is to develop an Adhoc Mobile Network simulation and integrate a DL python code in nodes in the network to simulate Intrusion detection system (IDS)
