Network Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for network routing, offices, data centers, wireless LAN, network security, IP management, DNS, and DHCP. Our focus is to provide the right network solutions to help the rapidly changing landscape of our clients and the creative associates in the company with top-class network communications.
Role and Responsibilities:
This role is critical to the smooth running of one of Europe’s largest apparel warehouse locations and the other remote warehouses across Europe. In particular, deep knowledge of Cisco wireless solutions at a hands-on and design level is required. Strong and broad-ranging core network skills and the flexibility to self-learn and solve problems are also essential. In addition to these technical skills, physical infrastructure experience, understanding of cabling, rack design, directing electrical engineers and installation engineers are important experiences that will be required. Whilst you will specialize and be based in the Venlo warehouse, you will also be part of the wider team and will acquire knowledge of the company network and the business services we support.
5 - 8 years experience.
Must demonstrate strong knowledge of wireless networking.
Strong knowledge of routing, switching, TCP/IP, and routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, IPv6, etc. (Professional level Certification a must).
Strong knowledge of IPsec, authentication, SSH, and other security technologies.
Skilled in design, implementation, migration, and support of large global networks.
