4G MODBUS-RTU RS485 HUB to communicate with sensors

I want you to build a Datalogger Hub based on an RTU, with sensor data reading (temperature, humidity, solar radiation, etc) via RS485, up to 5 direct sensors, or up to 32 sensors connected by a splitter. The Hub would need to be able to receive data via LoraWAN. All data would be sent via 4G/3G/2G to a server. The Hub would have to be based on low energy consumption technology, have a battery with autonomy for at least 1 month without using a solar panel. It would also have a built-in GPS locator.

Data logger that uses the MODBUS-RTU RS485 protocol to communicate with sensors. This hub can be connected to a maximum of 32 RS-485 sensors and must be capable of collecting various sensor data simultaneously.
The data logger features a built-in GPS positioning function and supports 4G/3G/2G communication including a global LTE frequency band.
Additionally, this Hub also supports local storage of data and remote upgrade/maintenance.
