Internet/Wifi Engineer/Consultant Needed for Home

Hi, I live in a flat in Cambridge. I wanted to connect my new TV directly with broadband through cable instead of wifi. But the main cable is not located in the living room. I need your help take a look and come up with a solution then work with my broadband supplier BT to achieve it. Is it something you can help with?
