IOT solution for power monitoring and control

I am looking for a skilled IoT developer to create an innovative solution for power monitoring and control. The project requires specific expertise in the following areas:
• Monitoring and controlling lights
• Real-time monitoring and control
• Automation for convenience
The primary goal of this IoT solution is to automate the power monitoring and control process for lights, providing convenience and ease of use for the user. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing IoT solutions, particularly in the field of power management and automation. Knowledge of lighting systems, real-time monitoring, and control protocols is highly desired. The solution should be user-friendly and intuitive, allowing users to easily monitor and control their lights remotely. Energy conservation and cost savings are important considerations, but the emphasis is on automation for convenience.
The system will use ESP32, INA226 chip. The solution will have :
1- WIFI AP and soft station.
2- local webserver for local congifuration using the AP mode.
3- connect to IOT platform with customer login and monitoring for devices. Also tocket managment.
