IOT BASED WATER FLOW READING PROJECT

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to help me develop an IoT based water flow reading project. The core of the project will involve using a water flow meter to record readings – this is necessary to capture real-time data and understand water usage patterns. The readings should be then published in the form of a digital signal output. I will need someone on board who is comfortable with IoT devices and is capable of setting up and maintaining the system and analytics that come along with it. The successful bidder must possess a keen understanding of water flow meters, be capable of setting up real-time data analytics and be able to deliver the project in the given timeframe.
