I'm seeking a freelancer with solid experience in VDV IBIS-IP 301-2 protocol to create a network simulator and develop device implementations for a public transportation environment. The project entails:

- Developing real-time updates functionality for 5 specific devices:
- SideDisplay
- FrontDisplay
- InteriorDisplay
- Video system
- Automatic Passenger Counting (APC) system
