Expert in Mikrotik Network and Routing

Our company is a new ISP building a 30-40 site network which includes PTP / PTMP and LTE distribution.

I'm looking for an expert in Mikrotik or similar routers, including bgp, ospf, vpls etc to help with configuration for an ISP.
