European LAN Wi-Fi Installation
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m rolling out a new Local Area Network in several European offices and need the Wi-Fi layer deployed end-to-end. The scope centres on network setup and ongoing maintenance, with a focus on installing, configuring, and optimising access points so every workspace enjoys seamless coverage.
You will start with a short remote planning call where I provide floor plans and current cable routes. From there, you’ll advise on access-point counts, placement, channel planning, and any controller requirements, then be hands-on on site (or coordinate local hands) to mount, patch, and bring the APs online. I’m happy to work with whichever enterprise hardware you’re most comfortable with—Cisco, Aruba, Ubiquiti UniFi, or similar—as long as the final network meets roaming and capacity standards for a busy office.

●will maintain, install, and extend wired and WiFi IP
networks. This will mainly consist in:
● Participating site surveys (checking materials
localization in various place in the camp)
● installing WiFi access points
● installing new switches or routers
● installing and plugging RJ45 wires
● installing and repairing Optical Fibber
● Implementation of the planned network structure
● Attaching APs and setting up a radio connection
● PRC support and implementation
Core deliverables
• Detailed deployment plan and BOM
• On-site installation of all Wi-Fi access points
• Configuration, testing, and optimisation for signal strength, throughput, and minimal interference
• Clean documentation (topology map, SSID/security settings, channel map) and a quick reference guide for my in-house help desk
• Two weeks of post-deployment remote support to iron out any hiccups
Acceptance criteria: every desk location must register at least –65 dBm RSSI on 5 GHz, support 802.11ac minimum, and pass a 50-user simulated load test without packet loss exceeding 1 %.
