Sr. Wi-Fi Engineer for Mobile Apps Development/ Dev/QA/Project Mgmt

I am reaching out to local CTO of a company in USA who doesn't have offshore relations but 60+ engineers and offering him 10 engineers (dev/QA/scrum masters) in 2024 who can do tasks in following technologies. It is $200k contract for supplying 10 engineers over a year and setting up a QA lab in offshore location.

1) Passpoint (Hostspot 2.0)/ ANQP
2) Mobile App development/ QA using APIs and NDIScope to connect to wi-fi signals
3) knows Ekahau test tool and other Wi-Fi coverage/ speed in all areas of a Wi-Fi network.
