Design of a Three-Node Metro Ring Network

I'm looking for an expert in optical communications who can design a three-node metro ring network spanning 210km with a capacity of 30 Gb/s. The project requires extensive use of the VPITransmissionMaker software for simulating and verifying network performance.
Key Deliverables:
- A comprehensive network design that includes wavelength selection and dispersion analysis.
- BER vs ROP simulation results using provided OADM files.
- An analysis for system upgrades to a 120 Gbps capacity.
- A professional digital report that explains the design choices and optimizations made.
Requirements:

- In-depth knowledge of optical fiber communications.
The simulations will focus on determining the optimal receive optical power. The network will operate within the C-band (1530-1565 nm) and utilize standard single-mode fiber (SMF).
