Design of an OCPP supervision solution for a network of swaping stations (for standard exchange of electric motorcycle batteries)

We are looking for an expert to set up a supervision system for standard swap stations for lithium-ion electric batteries in different locations.
The project is based on the Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP), whose specifications are free and simulation libraries are available.
The product will use a graphical interface to supervise, control, administer and manage access to the charging cabinets. The successful candidate will have experience of this type of implementation, and should be able to integrate micropayment solutions for recharging users, using mobile money.
