RF Circuit Optimization Expert Needed

I'm in need of an RF and embedded systems expert with experience in RF design, GPS, GSM and Sensor testing, and troubleshooting. The main goal of this project is to debug and optimize an RF embedded circuit that uses A9G SoC for realtime air monitoring system.
Key Project Details:
• Skills Needed: Circuit design, RF circuits, GSM/GPS communications
• Specific Task: Debugging and Troubleshooting previous design
• Frequency Range: GSM/GPS bands
Ideal candidate should have:
• Proven experience in circuit design, testing and troubleshooting
• Specialization in GSM/GPS systems with A9G Soc
• Expertise in working with embedded system, SoC and air quality sensors
• Good understanding of wireless communication devices, and circuit debugging
