Dog Repellant Ultrasonic Device

I'm seeking a talented engineer to develop an ultrasonic pest control device that specifically targets dogs. The main features of my project are:
- Pest control functionality: It should be able to stop dog barking which is 100 feet away.
- Timeframe: The work needs to be completed within a month.
Ideal freelancers should have previous experience developing ultrasonic devices, and a general understanding of pest control technologies. Knowledge of dog behavior and responses to different ultrasonic frequencies would be highly beneficial.
Ultrasonic device in market currently able to go only for 30 feet , so i need device which can amplify ultrasonic sound which is more than 25,000 khz to the dog which 100 feet away.
