Ultra-Thin Wallet-Sized Wireless Charger Design

I am looking for an experienced electrical and product design engineer to **design and develop a working prototype** of an ultra-thin, sleek, and lightweight wallet-sized wireless portable charger.

**Project Requirements:**

* Design and develop a functional prototype
* Maximum thickness of **2.5 mm**
* Completely wireless charging (no built-in cables)
* Sleek, premium, and lightweight design
* Custom PCB and wireless power management design
* Battery selection and integration
* Ultra-thin enclosure and CAD design
* Wireless charging compatibility (Qi/Qi2 if feasible)
* Manufacturing-ready files (CAD, Gerber files, and Bill of Materials)
* Design optimized for mass production

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience designing portable consumer electronics
* Experience with wireless charging, lithium battery technology, PCB design, and prototyping
* Portfolio of similar hardware projects
* Strong communication throughout the project
