Required Features:
- Scheduling and Dispatch Dashboard
- Word Order Tab - to create new work order
- Client Tab - to enter client data
- Technician Tab - to enter technician data and skills levels, monitor their certifications expiry
- Asset management Tab - to manage the company equipment, assign to Technicians with Equipment Type, Serial #, Calibration due date etc.,
- Inventory Management Tab for Consumables
- Field Reporting Tab for technician to complete the field report, sign, pdf and forward to client by email. The field report formats must be customizable to service type.
- Daily time ticket generation for client.
- Android and iOS app access for field technician.
