Create for me a website wireframe

Looking to start the process of building a website. We therefore need a wireframe of the site to be created. Currently we have no content, so we will need someone who is comfortable in taking the lead when it comes to requesting from us the information that they think we require. We want someone who has experience with this type of work. I know that there are a bunch of people who bid on projects without actually reading the brief and I have a technique to weed them out. So, to start with use the word blue somewhere in your pitch, secondly, don't bid with the lowest amount, the highest or the average, this helps me to identify auto-bids. Next, expect for me to ask you for a video call so I can verify that you are who you say that you are, if I suspect, or find out that you are not, I will report you. I do not like having my time wasted. Finally, I am going to ask you how long you think that the project will take you, if your advertised hourly rate does not calculate within a margin of error of your bid I will confront you about this, and it is highly unlikely that you will win the tender. I do not base my decision on whether to hire a freelancer for a position based on the value of their bid, so bid honestly. I currently have 5 projects running on freelancer with all milestones funded. Everyone is working on part of the same group of projects. Freelancers who work well with me can expect to be invited to bid on future projects. Make sure that you bid has a breakdown of achievable milestones.
