Buile me construction scheduling web app

I need to create a construction scheduling web app and mobile app.It contains different tasks which are linked to each other either as start to start , start to finish or finish or finish. I need to auto schedule them same as ms project does.Only people who have worked with MS project or open project will be given preference.need wireframe first so the entire requirement is met as still it is in ideation stage , we will discuss building app after wireframe
