Add FAQ Page to Sales Promotion Website

Hi!

I need a developer experienced in Handlebars.js to add an FAQ page to my existing sales promotion website. I have a wireframe ready to guide the design and functionality.
Also, I am facing a bug in the shopping cart you have to fix that too.

The page should:
- Match the site’s current design and layout.
- Be fully responsive for all devices.
- Include collapsible sections for a clean FAQ experience.
