A windows based photo-booth app with Canon DSLR camera

A windows based, basic function photobooth app.
Canon 4000d dslr camera, connected via usb to a windows based pc.
A video runs in loop on the portrait full hd touchscreen.
When the user touches the screen, the video changes to another video with the instructions.
The user then will see himself on the screen, live view from the camera. He can click a "take photo" button, that will start a 3 seconds countdown, then a picture is taken by the dslr camera, saved and displayed on the screen within a png frame.
If the user is happy with the photo, he can click a button and send it to the installed printer, if not he can re-take the picture. This is the flow. The two videos and the overlay png and virtually all the graphics (jpg, png) need to be externally loaded so that they can be changed easily. Deadline, end of March 2023. Thank you!
