I'm looking to develop a windows application for financial purposes that can perform accounting, bookkeeping, budgeting, forecasting, investment tracking, and analysis. The application should be built using C# and have a Graphical User Interface (GUI). This will allow users to easily access all of the application's functions in a simple, user friendly way. I'm hoping to find an experienced programmer that can deliver a robust and secure windows application.
