setting up a pc at home

I am looking for assistance setting up a PC at home. I intend to use a Windows operating system, but I'm not sure if I need an anti-virus software. Additionally, I do need help connecting devices to my PC and making sure everything is correctly set up. The successful freelancer should have extensive knowledge and experience with versions of Windows, connecting devices, and anti-virus software. They should also be comfortable troubleshooting any issues that arise throughout the installation process. Timely delivery of the work is essential and communication skills are a must.
