restore my pc is very slow and message from one drive told me more than files deleted, please need to resolve ASAP

I'm looking for someone to help me restore my HP computer – it has become slow and a message from One Drive indicates that some files have been deleted. The machine is running the Windows operating system, and I first noticed the sluggish performance about a month ago. I need this issue resolved as soon as possible.
