reinstall NAS Synology on Windows 10

Need NAS reinstalled after reinstalling windows 10. Don’t know my sinology password (although I have a list of 6 often used passwords that are likely). Do know the user name. Want someone to log in with AnyDesk (or similar) and install. Will pay $100 bonus if can access my old data.
