quick batch file for division

Needed immediately.

I am looking for a freelancer who can quickly create a batch file for division on the Windows operating system. The batch file should be able to perform division operations and provide rounded numbers as the output. Very simple batch file. batch file starts and grabs from windows clipboard "xx.xx"/x" then performs the calculation and places the answer in clipboard. The batch file either moves to back of open files or is minimized so that the answer can be pasted in the window with the focus.

Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in batch scripting on the Windows platform
- Knowledge of mathematical operations and rounding functions
- Familiarity with retrieving data from the Windows clipboard

The source of the numbers for the division operation will be the Windows clipboard, so the freelancer should be able to extract the numbers from there and perform the division calculation.
