A program to move emails from outlook to folders in windows
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I am looking for someone who can build me a program that can copy e-mails from outlook 365 desktop version to file folders on a windows 10 pc in msg format.
Outlook desktop is currently setup using OST files in cahche mode. The e-mail folders from which the emails need to be copied from are in a shared e-mail folder and the new windows folders that need to be created that contain the emails are to be named the same.
Ideally, I would like to
- Be able to select one folder to copy that would copy all sub folders and associated emails
- Select a date range of which emails to copy across
I have attached a photo of the file structure. Basically, emails are collected for each client and stored in a single location per client and are structured by maintaining A to Z subfolders.
