My password WD partition might got corrupted -- 2

I have Mac book pro and 5 TB My passport western digital external drive.
When I connect this WD. Drive with Mac it is password protected - WD unlocker. Once I put the password then I used to see the WD folder and all the contents
Since today morning when I put the password then I do not see the WD. Folder on my Mac.
I opened the case with WD support and as per them drive Partition might got corrupted.
1>Does not work with windows.
2>Tried new cable same thing.
3>Does not show up in Disk utility only WD unlocker shows up in Disk utility
4>Also WD shows disconnected after some time.
I have run the Mac OS disk utility.

Need someone who is expert in recovering the data from WD. or who can fix the corrupt
partition in WD my passport using MAC OS.
