I need the Windows shell commands that will transfer large video files from a Windows PC directory C:\Users\Bob\Videos\ to my Windows IIS FTP server.

Source Folder C:\Users\Bob\Videos\
Destination Folder X:\Videos
Port number 2121
IP address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.
Username ABC
Password xxx
The program should detect if there are already files there with the same name and if there are then those particular files should not be transferred.
