i need some help to fix my printing issue.(0 documents pending for print.)

i have two printers and none of them able to print anything from this PC.i can use my laptop to print anything. I tried all trouble shooting and nothing helps. Windows 10 operating system .whenever i try to print is says
0 documents pending for print. Someone able use TeamViewer or any desk to fix this issue.
