need .bat help

https://www.makebatchfiles.com/index.html i use this tool but somehow it wont rename file since i has to use marti in the path witch should not be since if i publish the bat file it wont work for others, and i want it to rename a file to txt then display the txt in console then a message say latest safe game version for mods found if its over 1.67 it will show message not all mods will work with that version and once that is done it will find the electronic arts sims 3 folder and delete 5 cache files then run sims exe folder
