i have a bat file file i just need few changes

i have a .bat file i need help with it misses 3 things it has to take backup of one file it has to check the txt file if its version is lower then 1.67 then it will display a red message in the console to say your game version number is to low most mods wont work and same message if its over 1.67 and if it says 1.67 and it display the whole txt file in i already have the show txt file but not this and when it says this version of game will work with most mods and it has to find the game.exe TS3 its not in documents it can be on c or d or e etc i need it dont really fast 1 hour max my budget is 39 usd i already have most of the bat done. and post a asci art i made.
