Hi we have 3 a4 page documents to prepare, two are identical only with different company name and logo
The forms need to look professional and be spaced properly in bordered sections
If you have no experience in doing this sort of work dont bid, it is a half hour job and so far I have wasted 3 days on hiring people who dont know what they are doing so they just end up with bad feedback
so our company logo top of page with name of contract type then a collection of information eg business name contact person cell phone office address postal address email phone cell phone
next section is the term of the services next section is terms and conditions and then last section is signing
I know it sounds simple and to someone who does such a job normally it is so be confident you can put together a form and please dont try to use this job as your first time practise
