build a Windows application for me
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I need a freelancer to build a Windows application for me. The application is simply an interface that represents the Windows Security program, accessible from the Start menu.
The application should be an copy of the original Windows Security application, i.e. a qopy of the graphical interface, buttons, menus and submenus. The application will have no functions and no backend. The only function of some buttons is to display their submenus.
The project may seem complicated, but we already have a project where the basis of the user interface is ready:

The application should display texts in two languages (with a dictionary system and resources, or whatever is most convenient for you as long as it is easier to manage the texts). English would be the main language, Spanish the secondary language. There should be a condition at the beginning of the application that defines the language of the application:

//set Spanish
}
The finished application should look like an copy of the Windows Security application.
For example, if you click the switch to activate Virus and threat protection, the application should behave visually like the original application. But without activating it.
This is a school project. My teacher told me to do it, but I don’t know how to do it, I need someone to do it for me.
