Zoom Meeting Developer to Customize Default UI

Windows / Web Application with the following features.
1. Login screen with id and password.
2. Host can create meeting
3. Host can select which device to be used for voice (Microphone/Laptop Audio)
4. Host can see participants list
5. Host can Mute/Unmute his voice
6. Host can Mute/Unmute participants individually in the list.
7. Power Mute/Unmute : Host can Mute/Unmute all Participants with single button. Once participants are muted with single button they should not able to unmute themselves until host unmutes them.
8. Host can drop any participants from ongoing meeting.
9. Host can record meeting locally.
