Write a program to upload videos to youtube
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Write a command line program with NO user interface, that will run on Windows (7 & 10) to upload videos to a youtube account.
This program will be called from another program and will be tested in a DOS box (command prompt/powershell).
The program will read an instruction file which will have the location of the video to upload and all of the data to fill in the fields in the youtube account form for uploading a new video.
The program will take the information in the instruction file and upload the video, then upload the thumbnail, and then fill in all of the fields.
You CANNOT use the Youtube API to write this program. This program must emulate a human using a browser. This program must emulate manual uploading. No Youtube API because of certain limitations.
