Windows 10 won't install Ivms4200 missing msvcp120.dll

Hi guys, I'm having a problem installing Hikvision's ivms 4200 on to my laptop because I am apparently missing some widows files, but I'm completely sure.
Windows says it's missing msvcp120.dll & msvcr120.dll
