Windows 10 printers problem

Hi, in a windows 10 PC my printers doesn't appear in devices manager nor in printers... only if i reboot the print spooler all the printers appear but with status "Not conected" and they doesn't work. If i clic to manage a printer, to open its properties, or to make a test print, etc. the system gets blocked (not all the operating system but all about printers). So i have to reboot print spooler to unblock the thing, but the printers keeps not working.
I have tried doing the following 2 things:
1. stop spooler, deleting content of the PRiNTER folder, star spooler...
2. entring in the windows registry and apllying some possible solutions i found in google...
But no success.
The operatinfg system (WIndows 10) and all the computer is in spanish.
