Windows exe download errors

I built a downloadable software application using Electron. The application successfully enables me to download my electron application to my windows computer, however, I receive some strange pre-download prompts from the windows os such as: "Are you sure you want to download? ", "Click Run anyway to continue" and others making the download process longer and a bit questionable as users may think it comes with viruses.

So, I am looking for someone with expertise building electron applications, willing to look through the code and fixing this error so the download process is smooth.

PS: The same code used on a Mac os and Linux os downloads fine without strange prompts.
