A Windows 10 / 11 app that chronometer on the wallpaper
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I need a small Windows 10 / 11 app that chronometer time on the wallpaper in lower right part of the screen.
The app should:
- Display time in DDD:HH:MM:SS only on the main display in lower right part of the screen if Start/Stop/Resume/Reset is used OR not display if Close is used
- Allow Start/Stop/Resume/Rest and Close from a right click menu only on desktop
- AutoStart as process when Windows starts (NOT display anything / NOT start the counting) and only appear when Start is actioned by the user, with the exception if already Started/Stopped before last restart/shutdown (see following point)
- If Started when Windows is shut down or restarted, app should appear at start-up with the timer before shutdown/restart, however Stopped, so that the user can resume it when wanted.
