Windows XP Software Update & Epson Printer Compatibility

I have an existing software running on Windows XP. I'm looking for a skilled developer to help me update the setup and drivers of the software to make it compatible with both Windows 10 and 11. Additionally, I need to change the current printing settings of the software from A4 and A5 to a standard receipt format that can be printed on an Epson receipt printer. Software uses MS Access as Database.
